The Central Bureau of Investigation will reportedly summon the witness who saw Sushant Singh Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty meeting on June 13. Rhea had told the agency that she left SSR's residence on June 08 after which they didn't meet each other. Now, according to Republic TV report, a witness saw the 'Raabta' actor dropping Rhea early in the morning, around 6-6:30 am. The report further stated that the central agency will be sending a summon to the witness for questioning.

Meanwhile, the AIIMS forensic team submitted their report to CBI on Sushant's death. The forensic report dismissed the claims of "poisoning and strangling", with Dr Sudhir Gupta saying the panel did not find any trace of poison and drugs in the viscera.

On the other hand, Mumbai Police Commissioner,

Param Bir Singh

stated that the FIR that Rhea Chakraborty filed against the family members of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput on September 7, is currently with the CBI for investigation.

Also, the Bombay High Court will be announcing the decision on the bail pleas filed by Rhea, her brother Showik and three others who were arrested by the

Narcotics Control Bureau

(NCB).
