Sunny Deol says producers must re-release 'Gadar' for today’s audience; Dulquer Salmaan REACTS

Anil Sharma’s film, ‘Gadar: Ek Prem Katha’ starring Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel is one of the most iconic movies we have in Bollywood.

Sunny Deol who is also gearing up for his release of R Balki's 'Chup' with Dulquer Salman, feels that the producers must re-release Gadar for today’s audience.

In an interview with a news portal, Sunny Deol said that producers should put that out again on the big screen so that today’s generation can see the film and judge for themselves what it was. Reacting to it, Dulquer Salman added that after 'Chup', they should revisit 'Gadar'.

According to Sunny Deol, if the writing is good, we must do part two, but we shouldn’t make it just for the sake of it. The actor further added that he is very confident about 'Dadar 2'.

Elaborating further, the actor also added that whomever he meet want to see something and they are giving them that in 'Gadar'.

When Sunny was asked in an interview about working with R. Balki, he said that Balki is quite precise with his work and that made the team wrap the film in 45 days.




The screenplay of 'Chup' is written by Balki along with critic-turned-writer Raja Sen and Rishi Virmani. 'Chup' is set to release on September 23.
