Suniel gets back with old pal!

They last worked together in the film Ittefaq. Sanjay Khanna, who disappeared from the Bollywood scene for the last couple of years, has been keeping busy with his ad films. Recently, however, Shetty decided to bring him back to Bollywood.He not only offered Khanna a film for Popcorn Entertainment but also made him the creative director of the company.
Says Khanna, "Yes, Suniel and I have done many films together and we always got along very well. Right now, we are working on a film called V, which is a story of five friends." He adds, "It is an action film with the underworld as a backdrop. The script has been written by Sanjay Kumar and Iqbal Raj. The casting is under progress."
When contacted, Suniel Shetty was full of praise for his friend. He says, "Sanjay is a brilliant technician. He himself came up with the concept of V. I loved the story and decided to do it. Sanjay is the creative director of Popcorn Entertainment now."
Adds Shetty, "Sanjay is handling all the post production work, from cutting promos to planning out the music videos." Talking about the film, he says, "Our film has a very interesting concept. We have used a lot of advanced technology to give it a stylish look. However, the USP of the film is its action. We have incorporated a lot of martial arts sequences as well."
