As the second wave of
COVID19 wreaks havoc across the country, staying at home and staying safe has become imperative for everyone. People from the
entertainment industry
are also being cautious and not taking a chance with venturing out for any reason apart from emergency. In the midst of all this, director-producer
Narendra Singh
reiterates the fact so that there is more awareness among the masses.
"Looking at the situation around we all are already worried and upset. Staying at home is appearing to be a difficult task for now, but we have to. And it is the duty of those from entertainment industry to give everyone a good enough reason to stay at home. Hence, to provide some entertainment to our audience we are releasing our fun-filled film B.A. Pass online," he shares.
He also believes that the ongoing pandemic has successfully altered the way audience perceives entertainment. Many are preferring to watch films and shows at home itself. He feels that if the situation persists, then filmmakers should skip theatrical releases and look for providing best of entertainment at home. He says, "After a successful run with direct-to-digital release of films during the first wave of COVID19,
Bollywood
should continue with digital premieres. Even now the situation is far from being back to normal. Instead, some solutions can be worked out. For instance, opting for a window of three-four weeks for online streaming."
Narendra is also known for film like '
Mere Dost Picture Abhi Baki Hai
' and
