Sridevi celebrated her birthday today. Filmmaker Balki presented her with a special gift her on this very day. He presented her the trailer of her forthcoming film English Vinglish!
The theatrical trailer of her film English Vinglish was launched on her birthday today! English Vinglish marks Sridevi’s come back to the silver screen after 15 long years!
Sridevi plays the central role of a housewife, who enrolls for an English speaking course in order to overcome the complexities of the language barrier abroad.
Produced by R Balki and directed by debutant, Gauri Shinde, the first teaser of the film has been extremely well received. The film Official three minutes trailer was launched on the occasion of her birthday in an event which was attended by the cast and crew of the film including Sridevi.
“It’s really sweet of Balki and Gauri to decide to launch the first theatrical promo on my birthday” said an excited Sridevi who plays the protagonist in the film.
