Sreeram hits the right note as a singer-actor

(popularly known as Sreeram), who won the music reality show 'Indian Idol 5' (2010), already has a number of hit Bollywood songs to his credit. The list includes tracks like 'Balma' ('Khiladi 786'), 'Subhanallah' ('Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani') and the '

' remix ('

'), to name a few. His recent rendition of 'Allah Duhai Hai' ('

') has also caught on with the listeners.

The singer says that he owes a lot to music director Pritam Chakraborty, whom he considers to be his guide, mentor and inspiration. The composer has not only given Sreeram hit songs, but their stage shows together have also won the young artiste many accolades.

Interestingly, Sreeram has played hero in two Telugu films — 'Jagadguru Adi Shankara' and 'Prema Geema Jaantha Nai' — and will feature in a third, 'Ugram', in which he plays a character with grey shades.

That’s not all. He has completed his first digital reality show, 'The Remix', and will be performing at an awards function in Bangkok this month. He has also made a music video, which was shot in Los Angeles.
