Sophie Choudry's a 'Bat' woman, now!

Don't get us wrong, it's not what you're thinking. Sophie Choudry has been appointed the latest ambassador of the British Asian Trust (BAT). This is said to be one of the charities of the Prince. It's also the main international organisation linking British Asians to the programmes that help and empower the poorest communities in South Asia. She told a publication that people need to work towards building a region free of poverty,injustice and where equality would rule.It would also be a place in which women and children are safe, respected and educated. She added that these goals were of utmost importance to the British Trust and she was honoured to be part of it.
