However, according to a report by Times Now, this is not true. According to a source, there is no ongoing project with Salman. In fact, Sooraj is not considering directing any film currently. He intends to focus on his son's career.
Avnish Barjatya, son of Sooraj Barjatya, made his directorial debut last year with the film "Dono," which unfortunately did not perform well.

According to a source familiar with the situation, Sooraj Barjatya is deeply affected by the failure of his son's debut film. "Sooraj is determined to ensure his son's career takes off, and he is already planning Avnish's next film," the source revealed.

As for whether Salman Khan would be part of Avnish's sophomore project, the source mentioned that there is a possibility, albeit in a cameo role. "There is a chance of Salman appearing in Avnish's next film, but it would likely be in a cameo capacity," the source added.

Earlier there were rumours that Sooraj had confirmed his project ‘Prem Ki Shaadi’ with Salman will be reprising his iconic character. Though the rumours created a lot of buzz, the film was dropped half way, because of a difference in opinion between the duo on a creative level. According to a report by mid-day, Sooraj was planning to rework the same script and try to approach younger stars, like Varun Dhawan and Ranveer Singh for the project.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Salmaan Khan has joined hands with Karan Johar for ‘The Bull’. The film is expected to hit the big screens for Christmas, this year, 2024. The superstar also has ‘Dabangg 4’ in the pipeline.
