Just when people thought things were getting better earlier this year, the second wave of the pandemic struck the country. With cases rising at an alarming rate, several parts of the country went through lockdown-like restrictions as people were advised to stay indoors. In a recent interview,
Sonnalli Seygall admitted that like countless others, she was also going through a tough time. The
actress
said that the current scenario was such that it inevitably took a toll on one’s mental health, and that she, too, like most people was trying her best to stay ‘sane’.
Sonnalli is a strong believer in the power of
meditation
and revealed that she was a part of a meditation group that practiced collective healing. The actress said that no matter where she was, every night at 10 pm, she would meditate along with others and they would send healing energies back to the universe. And for her birthday at the beginning of the month, the actress went to
Kalimpong
in Bengal where she attended a wellness bootcamp, which had just three people in attendance. Sonnalli said that the aim was to bring in her birthday at a quiet place without any celebration where she could focus on her mental and physical health.
