Sonam not worried about comparison to Rekha for Khoobsurat

Remakes are a part of Bollywood and the latest to join the bandwagon is Sonam Kapoor, who will star in the remake of the 1980 film, Khubsoorat.
The classic that was directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee is now being helmed by Shashank Ghosh.
Sources inform that apart from Sonam, the other members of the cast are yet to be finalized but shooting will commence around mid November and will be shot in the locales of Rajasthan.
Sonam who is riding high on the success of Raanjhanaa andBhaag Milkha Bhaagsaid in an interview to a media house that she is not worried about comparisons to Rekha, who starred in the original, because she is always being compared to someone or the other.
Interestingly, the original was a hit and won a Filmfare Award for best film and Rekha bagged a Filmfare in the best actress category.
Will the new Khubsoorat, which is being produced by Sonam’s sister Rekha, work wonders for her and will she also play Rekha’s role convincingly to bag a Filmfare?
