Sonam Kapoor offers a glimpse of son Vayu’s jungle theme nursery with classic wooden interiors

Sonam Kapoor has shared an inside glimpse of son Vayu’s nursery at her family’s Juhu bungalow. The actress penned an appreciation note for all the people who put together the jungle-themed nursery.
Vayu Kapoor Ahuja’s nursery has a black and white wallpaper of trees, animals and birds. Further stressing the jungle theme are adorable animal soft toys, which are scattered over the place.In her post, Sonam also mentioned that the organizers she hired had set up everything in the nursery while also ‘indulging her OCD’. Giving a special shout out to her mother Sunita Kapoor was putting together the wonderful nursery for her son, Sonam added, “Most importantly I’d like to thank my mama @kapoor.sunita who moved heaven and earth for everything. I love you mama.” The actress also thanked her sister Rhea Kapoor and several others and stated that her post was ‘not an ad but a nod of gratitude to the kind women who helped out a new mom’.
Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja were blessed with son Vayu on August 20, 2022. Explaining the meaning behind his name, Sonam had previously shared, “In Hindu scriptures Vayu is one of the paanch tatvas. He is the deity of breath, the spiritual father of Hanuman, Bheem and Madhav and He is the incredibly powerful lord of wind. Praana is Vayu, a guiding force of life and intelligence in the universe. All the deity's of Praana, Indra, Shiva and Kali relate to Vayu. He can breathe life into beings as easily as he can destroy evil. Vayu is said to be heroic, brave and mesmerisingly beautiful. Thank you for your continued wishes and blessings for Vayu and his family.”
