Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal are set to tie the knot on June 23 in Mumbai. It's going to be a registered marriage followed by a get together at Bastian. While earlier, these were just reports, this wedding was confirmed through a voice note from Sonakshi and Zaheer which went viral on the internet. The duo can be heard saying in this audio message that they are dating each other for seven years and it's not time to be husband and wife from rumoured boyfriend and girlfriend. Poonam Dhillon and Honey Singh have also confirmed this wedding.
Meanwhile, Shatrughan Sinha's statement that these days children don't ask, they just inform, led to speculations that Sonakshi's father and her family are not very happy with this wedding. Luv has now clarified his post. He wrote on X (formerly Twitter), "Dear friends in the media. I don’t post cryptic messages. When I have to say something I’ll clearly say it."
Well, his message is now quite clear! Reports suggest that Sonakshi and Zaheer's haldi function will take place on June 20, at Sonakshi's house. This is the house which the actress has bought for herself and reportedly, Sonakshi and Zaheer have been living in there for over a year.
