Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal have been on their honeymoon since getting married in June, visiting places like the Philippines, the US, Italy, Australia, and India. They’ve shared glimpses of their travels on social media, showing their love and happiness. Recently, rumours about Sonakshi expecting a baby surfaced, but the couple has denied them.
On Tuesday, December 24, Sonakshi shared a humorous reel on her Instagram Stories, showcasing her mother and mother-in-law’s reactions to their constant travels.
Check out the post here:
The video features actor Cillian Murphy’s iconic disappointed face meme over a photo of a flight taking off, making it a must-see. On top of the video, “POV: My mom and mother-in-law watching us travel instead of giving them a grandchild" was written.
The meme is something many newlywed couples can relate to. Sonakshi shared the video, tagging her husband Zaheer and adding laughing emojis. Zaheer reposted it on his Instagram Stories with a sticker of a laughing man.
The couple celebrated six months of marriage on December 23. They tied the knot on June 23 in a civil ceremony after dating for seven years. In a photo shared by Sonakshi on her Instagram Stories, she was seen giving Zaheer a sweet kiss on the nose.
She wrote, “Happy 6 months, Jaan" and also shared a link to the madness that took place at their reception party. At present, Sonakshi and Zaheer are vacationing in Australia.
In an interview with Curly Tales, Sonakshi and Zaheer addressed the pregnancy rumors. When asked about post-wedding meals, Sonakshi clarified that she isn’t pregnant but has gained some weight since her wedding. The couple also discussed how people tend to jump to conclusions easily.
Zaheer humorously pointed out that the pregnancy rumors started after a photo of them with their dog, with people jumping to the conclusion that she was pregnant. He found it unrelated and questioned how it made sense. Sonakshi jokingly responded, calling people crazy.
