Sobhita Dhulipala will be seen wearing beautiful jewellery, including maathapatti, bajubandh, and kamarbandh, along with other statement pieces for her wedding to Naga Chaitanya.

According to News18, Sobhita will wear a variety of traditional jewelry for her wedding, including a Baasikam (thread across the forehead), Maathapatti, Bullaki (septum nose pin), Surya and Chandra motifs on her head, along with Vanki, Bajubandh, and Kamarbandh.

The report also mentioned that with these accessories, Sobhita will stay true to her roots, radiating a pure traditional Indian elegance.



It was previously reported that Sobhita and Chaitanya’s wedding will involve over eight hours of wedding rituals. According to a source close to Sobhita, the couple is following Telugu Brahmin traditions for their wedding, which will include these lengthy ceremonies.

The report further mentioned that to honour the cultural aspects and pay attention to every detail of a traditional Telugu wedding, Sobhita and Naga Chaitanya are going all out with an over eight-hour long, old-school wedding.

The couple is set to marry on December 4, with Sobhita Dhulipala wearing a traditional Kanjivaram silk saree, adorned with a touch of real gold zari.

A source also told the portal that Sobhita chose a beautiful Kanjivaram silk saree with real gold zari while shopping with her mother. She is also getting a simple white khadi saree woven in Ponduru, Andhra Pradesh, along with a matching set for Naga Chaitanya, in keeping with tradition. Sobhita is personally involved in every detail, adding a special and heartfelt touch to her wedding day.
