'Sikandar' actor Ayaan Lall on working with Salman Khan: 'He is an angel sent by God'
Ayaan Lall has opened up about his earlier experience working with Salman Khan. The young actor was seen with the superstar in AR Murugadoss’ 'Sikandar,' which released during Eid this year. While the film failed at the box office, Ayaan’s memories from the sets remain priceless.
In a recent chat with the Hindustan Times, Ayaan described Salman as nothing less than an “angel sent by God.” For him, the superstar’s generosity stood out far more than the glamour or grandeur of the film.
Salman’s food truck for everyone
Recalling his time on set, Ayaan revealed how Salman ensured equality and warmth through one simple gesture—food. He shared, “300 logon ka set hai, and there’s a Being Stronger food truck which travels with Salman sir wherever he goes. Whether it’s 3 pm, 5 pm, or 2 am in the morning, you are allowed to go and ask for food anytime and any day. If you are a part of the crew, your food is the same as Salman Khan’s food.”
Ayaan added that if the production team’s food hadn’t arrived on time, members were welcome to eat from Salman’s truck. “So if I used to feel hungry at 3 am, and AD looked at me and said, ‘Are you crazy?’ You can go and ask for food at Salman’s food truck,” he recalled.
Salman has a busy schedule ahead
Meanwhile, Salman has already moved on to his next big project, Battle of Galwan, which is directed by Apoorva Lakhia and co-stars Chitrangda Singh. The film is based on the 2020 Galwan Valley conflict between India and China, with its release date yet to be announced. Recently, Salman Khan shared a BTS snap from the most awaited film, and it unveiled his raw and rustic look.
