Sidharth Malhotra celebrates 12 years in cinema: ‘Here’s to keeping the good times rolling and entertaining you all!’

Sidharth Malhotra has completed 12 years in cinema. The actor’s debut film ‘Student of the Year’ co-starring Alia Bhatt, and Varun Dhawan has clocked 12, and so has his career in cinema.

Sidharth Malhotra celebrated the milestone and also extended gratitude to the audience, who is part of his journey. In a note shared on X, Sidharth wrote, “12 amazing years of your love and support! Thank you for being with me on this journey. Here’s to keeping the good times rolling and entertaining you all! Big love and hug!”


Released in 2012, 'Student of the Year' is a rom-com directed by Karan Johar. The film marked the debut of Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, and Sidharth Malhotra. Set in the fictional St. Teresa's College, the film travels through the lives of three youngsters, as they navigate through friendships, rivalries, and romance and compete for the coveted ‘Student of the Year’ trophy.
