Siddhant Kapoor injured, gets 40 stitches on hand

It was an ill-timed injury for actor Siddhant Kapoor, due to which he couldn’t attend the premiere of his latest film on Thursday night.

Siddhant told us, “On Thursday afternoon, I was just sitting at home, when a glass shelf broke and fell on my hand. I was immediately rushed to the hospital. I had not seen so much blood in my life as the glass pieces penetrated the skin. It took over 40 stitches to mend that wound, one being inside my nail.” He added, “I have never gone through this kind of pain.I had to also leave for Amsterdam in the next five days, but all of that will have to wait. I will need at least 20 days to recover. The family has been pampering me though."
