Sibiraj turns villain

Sathyaraj entered the Tamil film industry as a stylish villain, who mouthed punch-dialogues in films like Nooravathu Naal and Khakki Sattai among other films.
But, 25 years later, when his sonSibiraj joined the industry, he was launched as an action hero in Student No1, Lee, and a few other films which simply did not work with the viewers. Now Sibi has taken a smart decision ��� he is doing the role of a villain in a new film titled Nanayam, starring Prasanna as hero.Taking a cue from his dad, Sibi has researched his role and is confident that he will come out in flying colours in his new avatar. Interestingly, Prasanna, who did a similar role in Anjathey, is playing the hero.
The film, directed by Venkat, is a stylish entertainer about a bank robbery going sour. Ragini has been roped in to do the heroine���s role. James Vasanth, after the mega success of Subramaniapuram, is scoring the music. Meanwhile, Sibiraj has also started doing his homework by watching his father���s old films!
