Shruti Haasan and Prabhu Deva bond over sambar

Shruti Haasan is in Mumbai these days promoting two of her films which are slated to release on the same day - July 19. Shruti will be seen in Prabhu Deva's 'Ramaiya Vastavaiya' and Nikhil Advani’s 'D Day'.
An onlooker says that Shruti and her Ramaiya Vastavaiya director are the funniest people when together. They get along very well. Both Prabhu and Shruti have a strong south connect.Apart from that both of them love Sambar. Recently when they were in the middle of interviews, Sambar was being served to everyone and both Prabhu and Shruti said in unison that they wanted it too and burst into laughter.
Says a source, “Shruti and Prabhu Sir bond very well. Prabhu sir always praises Shruti. They are always chatting and cracking jokes on the sets making sure the atmosphere is light. With promotions on head everyone is under pressure but Shruti and Prabhu sir make it a point that along with work people have fun too.“
