Shooting of 'Dabangg 2' called off

It’s well known that Arbaaz Khan, and not Abhinav Kashyap, will be directing the sequel of Dabangg. And he is taking no short cuts. The project that was to take off in December 2011, will now go on floors only in March 2012. With ‘Dabangg’ having beensuch a huge hit, Arbaaz Khan is ensuring that ‘Dabangg 2’ lives upto expectations. The script of the sequel is still being worked upon. And a lotof things remain to be finalized. Arbaaz reasons that there are too manyfestivals and holidays between November and February. Not wanting to take anybreak from the project, Arbaaz has decided to start shooting ‘Dabangg2’ only in March. Arbaaz has managed to get Salman’s dates for March 2012. With Dabangg 2 being shot in Mumbai, it’ll most probably be a start to finish schedule.
