Shibani Dandekar Akhtar misses her mom on her birthday; shares a throwback picture with her and husband Farhan Akhtar

Actress and host Shibani Dandekar who recently celebrated her second marriage anniversary with actor-producer-director Farhan Akhtar, took to Instagram on Sunday to wish her mother on her birthday. Sharing an image of herself with mother, she wrote , “ Happy birthday my beautiful mamma! You are my everything Lucy! I love you so much” . She also shared another photo of Farhan and her mother sharing a cake, as the caption she wrote , “ Will miss celebrating with you. Come home soon. We love you” Her sister Anusha Dandekar also wished her mother, sharing a screen photo from her video call, she wrote , “ Happy Happy Birthdaaaaay Mummaaa. I love you forever and a day.”Shibani and Anusha’s mother Sulabha Dandekar resides in Australia where she works for Qantas Airlines and their father Shashidhar Dandekar is a theater actor there. Shibani was last seen in Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti’s extremely successful show 'Made In Heaven 2', where she played a homosexual character.Just a few days back Shibani celebrated two years of marriage with Farhan. The duo had started dating in 2018 and tied the knot in 2022. Sharing a funny video on her anniversary, Shibani wrote “Happy anniversary to me as he leaves to meet the boys for a game of cricket!” Sharing the video Farhan wrote, “You could have wished me luck.” The couple then spent the evening together. Giving a glimpse of their celebrations, Farhan wrote, “By your side .. proudly .. always.Happy anniversary @shibaniakhtar ️️ love you," along with laughing and heart emojis. The accompanying video showed Dandekar reclining on a bed as Akhtar gave her a peck on the cheek before heading out. Adding to the comedic effect, Dandekar included Celine Dion’s song All By Myself as the background music.
