‘Shehzada’

Kartik Aaryan is all set to step into the shoes of Allu Arjun in this official Hindi remake of the Telugu film, ‘Allu Vaikunthapuramulo’. Directed by Rohit Dhawan, the film will also star Kartik’s ‘Luka Chuppi' co-star Kriti Sanon.

In a post on Instagram, Kartik mentioned how the film is very special to him in many ways as he spoke about shooting for its climax scene. He wrote. ‘Insomniac like me slept for Ten hrs after the Epic Climax that we shot for #Shehzada filled with Action which I have done for the first time. One of the most difficult, hectic and again a new zone for me. Just can’t wait for you guys to see it. #10thFeb2023. Meri sabse Commercial picture aa rahi hai.

‘Freddy’

Kartik Aaryan will be seen in an unconventional romantic drama titled, ‘Freddy’. The movie will also star Alaya F. This is the first time Kartik and Alaya will be seen sharing the screen space. The film is reportedly a dark romantic thriller about love and obsession. It is slated to release on an OTT platform. ‘Freddy is directed by Shashanka Ghosh and produced by Ekta Kapoor.

‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’

Kartik is also a part of Sameer Vidwans’ ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’ where he will be reuniting with his ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ co-star Kiara Advani. The film is reportedly a musical love story and is set to hit the theatres in June next year. The soulful musical love saga was earlier titled, ‘Satyanarayan Ki Katha’. However, in order to avoid hurting religious sentiments, the makers changed the title to ‘Satyaprem Ki Katha’.

‘Captain India’

Kartik Aaryan has been roped in for Hansal Mehta’s upcoming film, ‘Captain India’. The film is reportedly inspired from India’s biggest and most successful rescue mission from a war-torn country. Kartik Aaryan’s first look from ‘Captain India’ was revealed by the makers where the actor was dressed as a pilot with his face hidden behind the captain’s cap. Writer and producer Harman Baweja said in a statement that ‘Captain India’ will resonate with every Indian.

Kabir Khan’s next

Kartik Aaryan is also a part of Kabir Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala’s upcoming untitled film. The movie is reportedly based on a fascinating true story. The film will go on floors next year. Though the details of the project have been kept under the wraps, it is said to be a massive entertainer on a large scale production and based on a true story.

Announcing the film on his social media handles, Kartik wrote, ‘This one is very special. Super excited to embark on this exciting journey with one of my favorite filmmaker’s @kabirkhankk and #SajidNadiadwala Sir’.
