Sources reveal that on 27 June, despite observing a fast for a religious ritual at home, Jariwala took her scheduled monthly anti-ageing injection. Later that night, between 10 and 11 p.m., her health deteriorated quickly as she began shaking and then lost consciousness.
Rushed to hospital and investigation begins
The actress was rushed to hospital straight after her condition worsened, but doctors confirmed she had passed away on arrival. She was at home with her husband Parag Tyagi, her mother, and a few others when it happened. Authorities have seized several medicines from the house, including anti-ageing injections, vitamins, and gastric pills. So far, eight people — including family members, household staff, and medical experts — have given statements to investigators.
No signs of foul play
Authorities have said there is no evidence of any conflict or suspicious activity in this case. They are now waiting for the results of the post-mortem examination and lab tests on the seized medicines to clearly determine the cause of her demise.
