Actor Sharman Joshi, who flagged off his career with theatre, is returning to the stage after a hiatus of eight years. He plays the protagonist in the Hindi adaptation of Marathi play Sahi Re Sahi, which was also directed by Kedar Shinde. “I am nervous as hell,” admits the actor, who will be playing four roles — a 65-year-old business tycoon and three 30-year old characters.ALSO READ: Sharman Joshi-Mahie Gill on Mad In IndiaIncidentally, he had played the roles in the Gujarati version of the play eight years ago. “A discussion regarding the play happened between a group of friends and one thing led to another,” recalls the actor, who is excited at getting back to where it all began for him. “It gives you an adrenaline rush each time you take to the stage,” he adds. He will also be travelling to UK, US and Canada for the play.
