Shahid Kapoor to star in Raja Krishna Menon's next?

Shahid Kapoor, who is riding high on the success of 'Padmaavat', recently began work on 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu' alongside Shraddha Kapoor and Yami Gautam. Latest reports suggest that the star has now bagged a role in Raja Krishna Menon's next.


Reportedly, the actor has been approached by Menon of 'Airlift' fame for a film. If the reports are anything to go by, then the two had been planning to work together for a while now and have finally found the appropriate script.
Meanwhile, the actor was also spotted outside Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's office and was rumoured to be in talks for a film, however, nothing has been confirmed yet.
