Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri’s fun BTS moments add buzz ahead of ‘O’Romeo’ release

The much-anticipated film 'O’Romeo' is set to release on February 13. Ahead of the release, Shahid Kapoor gave fans a glimpse into the film’s lighter side. The actor took to Instagram to share behind-the-scenes moments from a recent photoshoot with Triptii Dimri, instantly sparking excitement online.One photo captured a candid and humorous moment between the two actors. As Triptii stepped forward to strike a pose, Shahid made a mock-annoyed expression, pretending she had interrupted his shot. Sharing the picture, Shahid jokingly wrote, “Shendi lag gai…” In the photoshoot, Shahid kept it sharp yet relaxed in a beige button-down shirt paired with khaki tailored pants. Triptii, meanwhile, opted for an elegant ethnic look. She wore a long red kurti, styled with black pants and a contrasting white dupatta. The film marks Shahid’s fourth collaboration with Vishal Bhardwaj after Kaminey, Haider and Rangoon. Speaking to The New Indian Express about their creative bond, Shahid once said, “There is some X factor that we share. Whenever we come together, I feel we bring out the best in each other, and that he’s fundamental in my career graph, bringing out certain aspects of me which I wasn’t aware existed.”He added, “I do feel that O’Romeo is a very special film. The world Vishal creates is always very fresh. So I’m hoping that we can give the audience a cinematic entertainer, which comes rarely these days.”Written and directed by Vishal Bhardwaj, 'O’Romeo' is based on the book Mafia Queens of Mumbai by Hussain Zaidi. Set in post-Independence Mumbai, the film dives into the city’s criminal underbelly. Alongside Shahid and Triptii, the cast includes Nana Patekar, Avinash Tiwary, Tamannaah Bhatia, Farida Jalal and Vikrant Massey. O’Romeo is expected to hit theatres on February 13.
