Shah Rukh Khan to narrate for 'The Lion King' show; calls it 'a full-circle moment'
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is all set to lend his voice once again to 'The Lion King', this time around, it won't be on the big screens. Years after the actor won hearts by lending his voice to the character Mufasa in the Hindi dubbed live-action film, Khan is set to make his return to the franchise, but this time, to narrate a fireworks show on a cruise liner.
As per reports, Khan will lend his voice as the narrator to a dazzling fireworks tribute to 'The Lion King'. His voice clips will beckon guests to the top deck to watch the extravagant display that brings the Pride Lands to life in the night sky above the ship. The display will also feature songs from the film - including 'Circle of Life' and 'Can You Feel the Love Tonight'.
This announcement comes just weeks after SRK was spotted at the dubbing studios in Mumbai. However, at the time, it was unclear if the star was dubbing for other work projects or his film teaser.

In a statement, Khan shared his heartfelt reaction on his new venture. In a statement shared by PTI, he said, "'The Lion King' will always hold a special place in my heart, and its timeless messages of bravery and hope continue to resonate across generations. Meanwhile, on the work front, the actor is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated film, 'King'. The makers dropped a new teaser on Republic Day, and announced December 24 as the release for the film, which also stars Suhana Khan, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukerji and Abhishek Bachchan. Shah Rukh featured in the new teaser in a fiery avatar and delivered a power-packed dialogue, "Darr nahi, deshshat hoon.
