Shah Rukh Khan – Fear of Horse Riding (Equinophobia)

SRK has spoken in multiple interviews about his discomfort with horses. He was injured during the shooting of Karan Arjun and again had trouble riding in Asoka. Since then, he prefers to use a body double for horse-riding scenes to avoid further accidents.

Deepika Padukone – Fear of Snakes (Ophidiophobia)

Despite her love for nature, Deepika avoids snakes completely. She reportedly turns down any scenes involving snakes, as she is extremely uncomfortable around them—even in controlled, cinematic environments.

Aamir Khan – Fear of Death (Thanatophobia)

During the filming of Dangal, Aamir Khan took a five-month break due to extreme health anxiety. He feared something might happen to him during the shoot and even gave director Nitesh Tiwari a list of actors who could replace him if needed. This deep anxiety, bordering on thanatophobia, had a real impact on his work.
