Shah Rukh Khan's driver quizzed for hours by the NCB

The NCB on Saturday had summoned Shah Rukh Khan’s driver, Rajesh Mishra, at the agency’s south Mumbai office. The agency said it questioned Mishra for several hours. Speaking about his involvement, an NCB official had stated, "Mishra is not involved in the case. He did not arrange drugs for Aryan Khan."

Advocate Amit Desai representing Aryan Khan has asked that his bail application hearing be scheduled for Wednesday. In reply, Special prosecutor Sethna from NCB's side has said, “As per Desai's submissions, his matter deserves priority. The other matters, their quantities are different. It will not be humanely possible for us to file replies to all applications. Let the matters start from the first produced.” While Aryan Khan’s bail plea looks likely for Wednesday, other accused in the case might have to wait longer.
