Selva clears the air on Yuvan
Yuvan, however, maintains a stoic silence on their split.
While the director claims things are still fine between Yuvan and him, Yuvan, however, maintains a stoic silence. A peak into their flashback will reveal a string of musical super hits.
After Kadhal Kondein, 7G Rainbow Colony, Pudhupettai and Yaaradi Nee Mohini, the most expected musical release from the Selva-Yuvan team was Aayirathil Oruvan. If Selva���s claims are to be believed, Yuvan was busy making music for seven films in a row and that was the reason why this team couldn���t work together.
But rumor has it that Yuvan was not paid a penny for both the Telugu and Tamil versions of Yaaradi Nee Mohini and hence, Yuvan had to break off a long standing association with Selvaraghavan.
The Selva - Yuvan split has given a chance to upcoming music director GV Prakash to prove his worth with Selva in Aayirathil Oruvan. And knowing how much Selvaraghavan���s films rely on music, this combination is like an acid test for both Selva & GV Prakash.
