Sasha Sippy’s cross connection with the Bachchans

Producer Sasha Sippy, grandson of GP Sippy, has one of those VVIP phone numbers that are easy to remember. He also has an interesting story to tell. Apparently, there was a point in time when Amitabh Bachchan’s number and his were separated only by one common digit.

Sasha says, “Earlier, there were a lot of cross connections happening. Mr Bachchan would invariably get calls meant for me and viceversa.” According to Sasha, Big B then decided to change his own number.However, one of the Bachchan family members still retains the number similar to his, but the cross connections are a lot less. Strange!
