' to pay tribute to the brave-hearts of the 36th Sikh Regiment on Saragarhi Day.

Akki had recently featured in a film based on the
Battle of Saragarhi
which was titled 'Kesari'. The film had released earlier this year and had managed to impress the audience and showcase the great valour of those 21 soldiers of the 36th Sikhs of the British Indian Army, who battled nearly 10,000 tribesmen in 1897.
Meanwhile, on the professional front, Akshay will soon be seen in 'Housefull 4' and 'Good Newwz' this year. For the next year, the superstar has managed to capitalise on all major release dates like Diwali, Eid and Christmas with his film releases. He also has 'Sooryavanshi', 'Laxmmi Bomb' and 'Bachchan Panday' in the pipeline.
