Sara Ali Khan's trainer Namrata Purohit reveals her unmatched dedication to fitness
After Metro …In Dino, Sara Ali Khan is all geared up to be seen in Mudassar Aziz’s Pati Patni Aur Woh 2 with Ayushmann Khurrana and Wamiqa Gabbi.Celebrity Pilates trainer Namrata Purohit recently opened up about her experience training Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan, offering a glimpse into Sara's disciplined and determined approach to fitness. Sara’s weight had ballooned to 96 kgs because of her PCOD.
“Sara actually is one of my favorite people to train because she's super focused. Like I can throw anything at her and she's willing to do it. And she'll do it to the best of her abilities,” Namrata shared.
Namrata revealed that Sara wants to give her best in every repetition , she said “If she herself, forget me, if she herself feels in this rep, I didn't give my 100%, she'll be like, no, no, no, no, I'll do one more. So that's how dedicated she is”. She also stated that Sara is a pure Pilates girl, she does nothing else and that help her in planning her workouts as she knows what they did the previous day, thus helping in planning her routine.
Namrata also praised Sara’s balanced approach to nutrition. “And she honestly eats very, very well. I know she sometimes claims that she eats, she's naughty with her food, But if she does that, she comes back on track very quickly. So she's very dedicated.”
Her mindset around indulgence is both healthy and refreshing. “Once she knows I've eaten that cheat meal, or we like to call it, I keep saying it's a treat meal. Once in a while ,you have to treat yourself,” Namrata said
Whether at home or away, Sara keeps her fitness routine a priority. “And even when she's traveling, she's working out. Even when she's, she never misses her workout,” Namrata concluded.
