Today, the country is celebrating its 74th Independence day to mark its freedom from British rule. However, this year, due to COVID-19 crisis, Independence Day is now being celebrated with social distancing measures. To this, several Bollywood celebrities took to social media to wish fans on the special occasion.
Sara Ali Khan, who is quite active on the internet, shared the cutest wish for her fans on Independence Day as she posted a throwback photo straight from her childhood.In the post, little Sara is seen dressed in all-white attire while flaunting an adorable smile.

While sharing the picture, she captioned it, "Happy Independence Day 🇮🇳🧡#merabharatmahan #proudtobeindian #jaihind".
On the work front, Sara will be seen next in 'Coolie No 1' opposite Varun Dhawan. Directed by David Dhawan, the new release date has not been announced by the makers yet. She will also be seen in Aanand L Rai’s 'Atrangi Re'. The movie stars Dhanush and Akshay Kumar. Reportedly, the team will resume shooting in October 2020. The film is slated to hit the big screen release on February 12, 2021.
