Sanjay Dutt's untitled film is on track

Contrary to recent reports that Sanjay Dutt's untitled film is being postponed, the movie is on track. There were rumours that the makers haven't got a leading lady on board yet. However, the producers maintain that the hunt for the actress is still on. We hear that director Siddharth Anand is in the process of casting the heroine and an announcement will be made when things are finalised.

Nittin Keni, CEO, Zee Studios, which is producing the film, says, 'I'm privileged and extremely happy to work with Sanjay Dutt. My relationship with him goes back 15 years, when I had received an award for 'Gadar ' Ek Prem Katha' from him. In fact, June 15 marks 15 years of that film's release.'

, which is producing the film along with the studio and Siddharth Anand Productions, states, 'It's an honour to work with Sanjay Dutt. There is a lot of speculation on who will be the female lead, but since it's a big project we chose not to speak about it. We will make an official announcement about the lead actress soon.'
