Sanjay Dutt remembers Mother Nargis on her death anniversary with heartwarming photos

On the 43rd death anniversary of Nargis Dutt, actor Sanjay Dutt remembered his mother. He shared photos and wrote a heartfelt note on social media to honor her. The actor shows how much she meant to him and how she influenced his life.

In the first picture, Sanjay Dutt is seen standing beside his mother, Nargis. The second photo shows Nargis and Sanjay engaged in a serious discussion. In the last picture, Sanjay's mother is seen staring at his son with all her love.



Along with the pictures, Sanjay penned a heartfelt note: "Miss you, Maa! Even though you're not here, your presence is felt in every moment. We hold you close in our hearts and memories, Maa. I love you.".

Nargis Dutt died on May 3, 1981, from pancreatic cancer. Just five days later, her son Sanjay Dutt's first movie as a lead actor, 'Rocky' was released. Sanjay had previously acted as a child in 'Reshma Aur Shera', directed by his father Sunil Dutt in 1971. Both 'Rocky' and 'Reshma Aur Shera' are important in the Dutt family's movie history.

Meanwhile, Dutt's latest appearance was in the Tamil film 'Leo', alongside Thalapathy Vijay. Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, it was released in theaters on October 19. The action entertainer boasts an ensemble cast including Vijay, Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Sarja, Mysskin, Sandy, and Gautham Menon in pivotal roles.

On the work front, Sanjay Dutt is gearing up to join the star-studded cast of the third installment in the beloved 'Welcome' franchise. Alongside actors like Akshay Kumar, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi, Suniel Shetty, Raveena Tandon, Paresh Rawal, Lara Dutta, and more, he'll be part of 'Welcome to the Jungle', directed by Ahmed Khan, slated for release this year. Additionally, he's lined up for other projects, including a comedic venture helmed by Raaj Shaandilyaa.
