Samir Soni’s adorable birthday wish for wife Neelam Kothari; Calls her ‘Boss lady’ and ‘One woman army’; Neelam’s funny reply wins hearts
Actor Samir Soni had the sweetest words for his wife, Neelam Kothari, as she celebrated her birthday on Sunday. Taking to Instagram, the Baghban actor shared a heartwarming family photo featuring himself, Neelam, and their daughter Ahana, alongside a beautiful note filled with love and admiration.
Samir wrote, “Happy birthday to the ‘Boss Lady’, our one woman army. A near perfect wife, mother, daughter and a friend. Thank you for all you do for us babe. Lots of love @neelamkotharisoni.”
The post instantly melted hearts, with fans calling the couple “relationship goals.” Neelam responded playfully, commenting, “Thank you babe and finally you’ve agreed that I’m the boss .”
Fate, however, had other plans. After a short courtship, Neelam and Samir tied the knot in 2011, and two years later, they adopted their daughter Ahana in 2013 — a decision they’ve often described as life-changing and fulfilling.
At home, Neelam admits Samir’s unfiltered honesty keeps things lively. “Sometimes I get scared talking in front of him because nothing stays in his stomach. He has no filter. But he’s a clean soul — he just doesn’t realise it.”

A love story that stood the test of time

In a past interview, Neelam revealed hilarious behind-the-scenes moments from Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, where convincing Samir to appear on camera was no easy task. Finally, I convinced him to wear track pants and a tee.”At home, Neelam admits Samir’s unfiltered honesty keeps things lively. “Sometimes I get scared talking in front of him because nothing stays in his stomach. He has no filter. But he’s a clean soul — he just doesn’t realise it.”
