Catherine Zeta Jones and Michael Douglas and their son Dylan recently attended the 54th International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa, where Michael Douglas was honoured with the Satyajit Ray Lifetime Achievement Award. Interestingly, during their stay in Goa, Bollywood actress Sameera Reddy got a chance to catch up with the Hollywood heavyweights.
Sharing selfies from their meeting, Sameera wrote, “@catherinezetajones you have a heart of gold. My Hans was over the moon with her msg for him @michaelkirkdouglas meeting you was legendary. Goa, what a surprise week it has been.” Interestingly, Catherine also recorded a lovely message for Sameera’s son Hans, wherein she said, “Hello Hans, I am with your mom here in the beautiful Goa. And I hear you live here, you’re so lucky. Please be good to your mama okay?”
During her visit to Goa, Catherine Zeta Jones had shared that she is a fan of Indian cinema. “I have always been a Bollywood fan, and I always dreamed that the British film industry would do a Bollywood-type film so I can be cast in it. When my kids were small, I had shown them Om Shanti Om, which is one of my favorite movies. And when Dylan's (who is accompanying them on tour) friends would come over, he would ask them, 'Do you want to see a film from India?" Catherine had stated.
