After Anurag Kashyap's '

Udta Punjab

' was leaked last month, piracy organisations have allegedly leaked the most awaited movie of the year, Salman Khan-Anushka Sharma-starrer '

Sultan

.'

The 'Sultan' leak came just a day before the movie hits theatres in over 4500 screens across India.

Confirming the news, cyber-crime expert, Deep Shankar was quoted in an Indiatoday.com report as saying that the copy of the movie is available on the darknet and will soon be available on torrent. Another crime investigator, Kishlay Chaudhary has reportedly claimed that the 2 hours 36 minute-long movie is available online and has also shared various screenshots of the same with media houses. He also said that many websites have been blocked since Tuesday and links have been removed immediately after upload.

However, Yash Raj Films has denied any information about the leak. Some cyber experts also allege that there are no active links to the movie and that the trailer was morphed and circulated on social media platforms.

This is the second film which has been leaked this week, the first one being Indra Kumar's 'Great Grand Masti' starring Vivek Oberoi, Aftab Shivdasani, Riteish Deshmukh and Urvashi Rautela. The movie's Censor Board copy was leaked online three days ago. The film's management team is reportedly working hard to remove the links, and even tweets and facebook links sharing the same are being taken down. The movie was leaked 17 days before its release and is reported to have faced monetary losses as a result.

‘Sultan’ was first offered to Arjun Kapoor?
We have all heard of celebrities turning down roles in films that went on to become one of the biggest blockbusters. New reports claim that Arjun Kapoor may have made a professional blunder when he turned down Ali Abbas Zafar’s ‘Sultan’.

Rumours have been running wild that director Ali discussed the film with Arjun before approaching Salman Khan. The 31-year-old star, however, turned down the part because he wasn’t very keen on making a wrestling-themed film. The actor had previously played a kabaddi player in the commercially unsuccessful ‘Tevar’.

However, producers Yash Raj Films have doused those rumours saying that there is no truth to it.

Meanwhile, ‘Sultan’ has continued its raid at the box office, and has reportedly amassed an estimated Rs 400 crore at the worldwide box office in just seven days.
Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma starrer 'Sultan' has a roaring success at the box office this year so much so that they have broken several records and created whole new ones. The Ali Abbas Zafar film raked in as much as Rs 36-38 crore and has been marching in the same direction since then. According to Monday and Tuesday's box office records, 'Sultan' has smashed Kabir Khan's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' records and has come out as the highest grossing film in a week. 'Sultan' set a tremendous record for week one as its first week collections went to Rs 208 crore nett plus. This beats the previous first-week record of 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' by a huge Rs 26 crore nett margin, according to BoxOfficeIndia.com.Although it missed out on fetching record-breaking first-day collections with Eid getting postponed to Thursday, the 'Sultan' has managed to continue its phenomenal run at the box office.
Catching one screening of Salman Khan’s ‘Sultan’ was just not enough for actress Katrina Kaif! The star made a surprise appearance at the second screening of the film held at the Yash Raj Studios on Friday night. Shutterbugs were in for a shock when they saw her arrived solo for the screening that also had 'Dangal' star Aamir Khan in attendance. Katrina, who has always maintained a close friendship with Salman even after their split, made it a point to show her support to the actor and his director Ali Abbas Zafar.
Salman Khan's Eid release 'Sultan' has got everybody excited for all the right reasons. The latest dialogue promo from this eagerly-awaited film has been released and it beautifully captures the romance between Khan and his co-star, Anushka Sharma. Moreover, the promo also pays a subtle tribute to Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan. In the promo, Salman’s character is asked if he considers himself to be SRK. Replying to the query, he praises King Khan's brand of onscreen romance. Well, we must say this is a sweet gesture. It will be really exciting to see how shah Rukh reacts to this. 'Sultan' is all set to release on July 6, 2016.
Here's some good news for people who have been waiting with bated breath for 'Sultan' to hit the screens and even for people who are keenly looking forward to the teaser/trailer of Ranveer Singh's 'Befikre'. Amidst the ongoing hullaballoo over the Censor Board, Salman Khan’s much awaited film 'Sultan' has been rewarded a U/A certificate with no cuts at all. Not only this, the much speculated teaser of Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor’s ‘Befikre’, directed by Aditya Chopra, will be attached to the film once it’s out this Eid on July 6, 2016. Well, this is surely a double treat this Eid. Isn’t it?

Few days ago, the Central Board of Film Certification came under the radar of entire Bollywood fraternity and even the Indian judiciary after it demanded 89 cuts in 'Udta Punjab' and eventually lost the legal battle against the makers in the High Court that ordered the film to be released with just one cut. Now, CBFC is in the news again but this time for the right reasons. Apparently, the Censor Board has passed Salman Khan and Anushka Sharma-starrer 'Sultan' without a single cut (yes, you read that right!) and with a U/A Certificate. Wait, it doesn't end here. The CBFC panel that saw the film is said to have been super impressed by the film's content and performances and hence cleared the film immediately without demanding a single cut in the film. Now that for sure is some brilliant news for all Salman fans who have been waiting with bated breath for the film to hit the screens this Eid. Looks like Salman and his fans have already got their Eidi from the Censor Board. On the one hand, while the actor has been heavily criticised for his 'raped woman' comment, on the other, CBFC's decision would give him some respite and a reason to rejoice. Time for some celebrations at the Khan-daan!
Anushka Sharma is currently busy shooting in Budapest for her upcoming movie 'Sultan' and like everyone else, the actress too was excited about the episode of 'Games Of Thrones - The Battle of the Bastards'. And it seems after watching the episode, the actress was quite impressed by it. And thus excitedly, she posted a video of her performing a sword fight with the theme of GoT playing in the background. She captioned the video, "A girl has no name. Just fierce sword fighting talent. #GameOfThrones moment on #Sultan sets at Budapest ⚔ and that episode 9 though !! 😱." Way to go girl!

Salman Khan has created quite a buzz with his role in his upcoming film, 'Sultan.' While Salman Khan movies are said to be all about peppy numbers and smart one-liners, with his recent films he has broken the stereotype. In an interaction with TOI.com, the director of Sultan, Ali Abbas said, "The aim is that audience should find a new Salman Khan in 'Sultan.' The idea is that he can do all this, which lot of people think that Salman Khan movies are all about - dance and songs and everything. I think he already pushed the bracket with 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan.' We hope that when people come out of Sultan they say that there is a new Salman Khan in Sultan." When asked about Anushka's role in the movie, he quipped, "The girl in the film is very much like today's girl. She has a point of view about life, she represents the strong segment of Indian women and what Indian women stand for."

Rumours of differences between Aamir Khan and Salman Khan have been doing the rounds over the stark similarities between their respective films ‘Dangal’ and ‘Sultan.' However, the Khans seem to be unfazed by all the hullabaloo. When Aamir was asked about his wife Kiran Rao finding Salman hot in a langot, Mr Perfectionist said that though she hasn't said that in front of him, but Salman does indeed look hot with and without clothes. Aamir added that Sallu is a gifted guy, who is very handsome and charming, and that they are all very fond of him.
That Salman Khan is large-hearted and stands by his family and friends during thick and thin is known to all. The superstar doesn't leave a single opportunity to help and support people who matter to him and ensures that they are doing well in their life and career. And his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma, who got married to Salman's darling sister Arpita, is no exception to this unwritten rule of Khan. While people have been wondering what Aayush does for a living, here's some respite for them. The handsome guy has been working as an Assistant Director on the sets of 'Sultan' and no points for guessing who got him on board for the job. However, unlike other ADs who do all the running around on the sets, Aayush is more inclined towards learning the know-how of filmmaking. After all, being family to Bhai comes with its own perks. It seems that Aayush is also seen concentrating more on his looks and fitness, which ADs generally don't get to do. Well, perks you see! Anyways, we hope that the young boy either graduates to be a good filmmaker or gets ready to spread some magic on silver screen with his acting skills.
