Salman Khan has long upheld a “no-kiss” policy in his films, which is a rarity in Bollywood today. Despite roles that might demand intimacy, Salman has consistently drawn the line when it comes to on-screen kissing. Even when paired with ex-girlfriend Katrina Kaif in 'Tiger Zinda Hai,' the actor stood firm, reportedly turning down a crucial kissing scene despite director Ali Abbas Zafar’s insistence.


In a throwback episode of 'The Kapil Sharma Show,' Salman addressed the topic, saying, “Kiss toh main karta nahi screen pe, toh mujhe farak padta nahi.” But it was his brother Arbaaz Khan’s cheeky response that stole the show, “Woh itna kar lete hain off-screen ki zaroorat hi nahi padti!”


The audience and Salman broke into laughter.

While some argue Salman broke his own rule in 'Jeet' with Karisma Kapoor, there are fans who point out that it was merely a kiss on the chin, which is not a true violation of his self-imposed code.

The Rashmika Mandanna starrer only received 2 stars from ETimes, with our official review reading, "The story and the narrative are the biggest letdowns of this larger-than-life movie; even if they are trying to draw in die-hard Salman Khan fans, we wish they had taken the action notches higher. A few standout punches and stunts here and there could have probably salvaged this one."
