Salman Khan has found himself amidst tough times, post the death of his close friend Baba Siddique who was murdered. While Lawrence Bishnoi took all the responsibility of it, Salman continues to receive death threats. A few days ago, a message was received on the whatsapp number of the Mumbai traffic police demanding a ransom of Rs 5 crore and then another new message demanded Rs 2 crore.
Now in a fresh update on this matter, a person claiming to be Lawrence Bishnoi's brother has demanded that Salman should go and apologise at a temple or pay Rs 5 crore. According to ABP Live, the police got this message which read, "This is Lawrence Bishnoi’s brother. If Salman Khan wants to stay alive, he should go to our [Bishnoi community] temple and apologise or pay Rs 5 crore. If he does not do so, we will kill him; our gang is still active."
For those not in the know, Lawrence Bishnoi and the entire Bishnoi community is upset with Salman after he was accused of killing a black buck.
This was when Khan was shooting for 'Hum Saath Saath Hai' in Rajasthan in 1998. While legal action was taken against this and Salman was also arrested, acquitted, convicted and then released on bail, Lawrence has taken upon himself to kill the actor. He's been getting death threats for a while and now has amped up his security. More so, since there was shooting outside his house Galaxy Apartments a few months ago and now post Baba Siddique's murder.
