Sajid Nadiadwala’s company buys two luxury apartments in Prabhadevi for Rs. 36.57 crore

Bollywood producer Sajid Nadiadwala's company, Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., has reportedly bought two high-end apartments located in the upscale Prabhadevi neighborhood of South Mumbai. The total purchase price for these properties is Rs 36.57 crore, based on property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, a real estate platform. The transactions were registered in October 2025 on the Maharashtra government’s Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website.

As per the Square Yards’ review of IGR records reveals that the first apartment purchased is part of the luxury Hubtown Twenty Five South North project in South Mumbai. This home, valued at Rs 18.57 crore, offers a RERA-approved carpet area of 222.13 square meters (2,390 sq. ft.) plus an additional 19.40 square meters (208 sq. ft.), and comes with two designated parking spots. The purchase involved a stamp duty payment of Rs 1.11 crore and registration costs of Rs 30,000.

Details of the second apartment

The second apartment in the same building was bought for Rs 18 crore. It has a carpet area of 221.30 sq. m. (2,382 sq. ft.) plus 12.86 sq. m. (138 sq. ft.) of extra space and two parking spots. The buyer paid Rs 1.08 crore in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 for registration.
