Saira Banu: Dilip Sahab will not be discharged today

Legendary actor Dilip Kumar, who had earlier been admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of a city hospital is right now having a stable health condition. Well, the buzz is that he may not be discharged from the hospital today. As shared by his wife Saira Banu to ANI, the 98-year-old actor is still in the ICU. “We want him to take home but we are waiting for the doctors' approval.He will not be discharged today”.
Dilip was earlier admitted to Mumbai's PD Hinduja Hospital, a non-COVID-19 facility on Tuesday, to "address medical issues" related to old age after he complained of "breathlessness".
Kumar was admitted to the same hospital earlier last month following episodes of breathlessness.
The veteran actor was then diagnosed with bilateral pleural effusion, a build-up of excess fluid between the layers of the pleura outside the lungs, and underwent a successful pleural aspiration procedure. He was discharged after five days.
