Saif Ali Khan might just be ready to star in a
Sanjay Gupta film, over 2 decades after their 1997 film ‘Hameshaa’. This big project is rumoured to be the director’s next, co-starring John Abraham and
Emraan Hashmi that is reportedly titled ‘Mumbai Saga’.
Reports state that the fictional film set in the 1980s-1990s revolves around key events that turned Bombay to Mumbai and will also include the closing of the mills, the nexus between politicians, cops, the underworld and the business fraternity.
Saif has now reportedly signed the project and shot a few pictures related to the movie at a hotel in the city on Monday night. The buzz around the project hints that the ensemble cast will also include stars like
Jackie Shroff, Gulshan Grover, Rohit Roy and Prateik Babbar.
