Did Kaizad lure Sachiin or was it the other way around?

Sachiin Joshi says he had a lot of scripts in his email inbox, waiting for his nod, during the break after his second film Mumbai Mirror.
However, the script that he actually fell for was that of Jackpot. The actor-filmmaker says, “Kaizad (Gustad) was persistent and kept calling me for three months to hear his script.” Sachiin was sold after hearing the first draft.
However, he told Kaizad that he would want to include some commercial elements in the film to which the director agreed. So, it actually happened that both the actor and the director wooed each other till they found themselves on the same page.
