The makers of Radhika Apte's film, 'Saali Mohabbat', have dropped the trailer, and it has been receiving praise from the netizens. The movie will be released on OTT directly. The film marks the debut of Tisca Chopra as a director. It was premiered at the 55th International Film Festival of India, Goa, in 2024.

After the release of the first trailer of 'Saali Mohabbat' on the internet, netizens took to their respective social media accounts to share views about the same. Cinema Express quoted Radhika Apte saying, "Playing Smita meant sitting with emotions that aren’t always easy to define, and that challenge was incredibly rewarding." The actress further expressed how Tisca Chopra helped her perfect the role. She said, "Tisca’s guidance helped me find that fragile balance between quiet vulnerability and hidden strength. Smita may appear reserved, but she shouldn’t be provoked—never underestimate the power of a quiet woman."
