Sushmita Sen is back with the third season of the hit web series Aarya and her ex-boyfriend Rohman Shawl gave a loud shoutout to the actress on social media.
On Monday, Sushmita shared a short clip which gave a glimpse of her character in the new season. She was seen loading a pistol and smoking a cigar in style.
Rohman couldn't contain his excitement and cheered for Sushmita and her badass avatar. In the video, Rohman was seen getting awestruck by Sushmita's new avatar in Aarya 3 and wrote, "Yaaar ye toh banta tha !! I know you all felt the same watching it �� You go girl @sushmitasen47 Chakk de phatte."
Sushmita replied to his post with a heart and laughing emoji and wrote, "Too cute!!!" Rohman then replied to her comment, "Too HOT (heart emoji)."
Talking about her character, Sushmita said that she has lived as Aarya for two seasons and thanked the audience for their immense love which encouraged her to do more. She said that walking on the sets of Aarya 2 made her feel at home.
Created by Ram Madhvani and Sandeep Modi, Aarya is an official remake of the popular Dutch crime-drama Penoza. Director Ram Madhvani said that he is grateful to the cast and crew and especially Sushmita, who has made Aarya memorable.
Sushmita made her comeback into acting with Aarya in June 2020. The first season was even nominated for the Best Drama series at the International Emmy Awards.
