Renowned actor Rituraj Singh passed away from a heart attack on February 20 at the age of 59. His demise has deeply saddened the entertainment industry, with actors such as Manoj Bajpayee, Varun Dhawan, Hansal Mehta, and Sonu Sood expressing their grief on social media. Joining in mourning, actress Kajol has conveyed her heartfelt condolences.
Kajol shared the screen with Rituraj Singh in an OTT series ‘The Trial: Pyaar Kaanoon Dhokha’. She shared a picture of Rituraj from the sets of this web series and wrote, “My deepest condolences to the family... prayers.”

According to Indian Express, Rituraj K Singh was dealing with pancreatic disease and was admitted to the hospital.
In 2023, Kajol made her OTT debut with ‘The Trial: Pyaar Kaanoon Dhokha’. She portrayed the role of a lawyer. It also featured Jisshu Sengupta, Sheeba Chaddha, and Kubbra Sait in leading roles. Her last appearance was in the latest OTT anthology film ‘Lust Stories 2’.
