RGV to show his film to Maria Susairaj
RGV now wants to have a special screening of ‘Not A Love Story’ for Maria Susairaj and also the residents of Dheeraj Solitaire, where the original murder took place.
Ram Gopal Varma knows how to create controversy just before the release of his film. And why not? When the director makes films based on controversial themes, controversies are bound to happen. RGV who refused to show his film Not A Love Story to Maria Susairaj when she threatened him with legal action now wants to see her reaction on a character based on her real life.
“I refused to show Not A Love Story to Maria because she was threatening legal action. But now it has been kept aside, so I want to voluntarily show her the film. I am really keen to show Maria Susairaj the film since it has been inspired from her story,” said Ram Gopal Varma talking about his wish to have a private screening for Maria.
RGV also informed that he wants to see and understand Maria’s reactions to Mahie’s character, “I would like to see Maria’s reaction on the film on account of how close her emotional state would have been to that of Mahie Gill’s character."
Apart from that he has arranged a special screening for Dheeraj Solitaire residents where the original murder took place. “Since the original murder happened there, I am organizing screening of Not A Love Story for Dheeraj Solitaire residents at Fame Inorbit on Wednesday 9pm”, he signs out.
