', which is directed by Farhad-Sajid, is a full-on comedy meant to up the laughter quotient like its previous two instalments. However,
Akshay Kumar, who plays one of the male leads in the film, reportedly suffers from a disease called
Dissociative Identity Disorder
(DID). In simple terms, he has a
split personality
.
He plays a footballer called Sandy whose only ambition is to play for the English Premiere League. However, the British coach is a racist and often refers to him as 'You Indian.' The otherwise normal and affable Sandy experiences an alteration in his personality whenever he hears this term. He soon transforms into a guy called Sundy, who is dark and evil like Mr Hyde. He wreaks havoc and poor Sandy is pushed to the background.
The Bollywood superstar admits it was hard playing these two characters.
